INTEGRATED CIRCUIT TELEPHONE WITH A DUAL RE-DIALING FUNCTION

The circuit provides a duplicate redial function to a telephone by using a flag bit producing device to select two recording address counter and buffer RAMs. The circuit comprises a 1st recording address counter (6) and a 1st buffer RAM (8) for storing the calling telephone number, a read address counter (5) for reading the data from the first buffer RAM at the redial case, a 2nd recording address counter (7) and a 2nd buffer RAM (9) parallely connecting to the 1st recording address counter and the 1st buffer RAM, and a flag bit producing device (2) for providing the flag bit signal (FB) to the recording address counters and the buffer RAMs. The 2nd recording address counter and the 2nd buffer RAM are connected with the flag bit producing device through two buffers (I5,I6).
