PURPOSE: To improve the reliability of estimation by considering each time physical movement in a picture in estimating a motion vector. CONSTITUTION: A first motion vectors is obtained unrelated with each other for the blocks of an image picked-up picture, and then the obtained first motion vector is corrected by considering a correlation with the motion vector of the adjacent block. |
