The hydraulic system automatically bends the reinforcing steel rods, for construction, according to a programmable controller having bending data, to enhance a work efficiency and a mormalization. The bending system comprises 5 hydraulic apparatus (P1,P2,P3,P4,P5) automatically/selectively actuated on a rail (2) equipped in front of a power chamber (1). The hydraulic apparatus (P3) positioned in the center of the 5 apparatus comprises an auxiliary cylinder (AC3A) axially mounted on an rod (4) supporting the reinforcing steel rods, another auxiliary cylinder (AC3B) axially mounted on a fixed rod (5) also supporting the steel rods, and the other auxiliary cylinder (MC3) for actuating an rotary arm (7).
