<p>PURPOSE:To offer the decentralizing controller with high reliability able to implement plant control without hindrance by backing up a central controller momentarily by a host controller even when a fault of the central controller takes place. CONSTITUTION:A local controller 6 is connected to a transmission line 3 as the same level as the collective controller 5, and a plant state input section and a plant monitor section having been provided to the collective controller 5 in a conventional device are transferred to the local controller 6 and the same control function as that of the collective controller 5 is provided to a host controller 2.</p> |
