PURPOSE:To obtain an R-Fe-B magnet having excellent magnetic anisotropy and the coercive force of small temperature coefficient by using hydrogen-treated R-Fe-B permanent magnet powder. CONSTITUTION:The title anisotropic magnet is composed of R of 10 to 20 atomic %, B of 3 to 20 atomic %, one or two or more kinds selected from Ti, V, Nb, Ta, Al and Si of 0.001 to 5.0 atomic % in total, and the remaining part consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities. The magnet consists of the aggregate texture of crystal grains of 0.05 to 20mum in average grain diameter, and it is an R-Fe-B anisotropic magnet having the texture containing the crystal grains of longest grain diameter/shortest grain diameter 2 of 50vol.% or larger of the entire crystal grains. |
