PURPOSE:To generate an environmental condition for recovering the fatigue of a fatigued person from a brain wave of the fatigued person. CONSTITUTION:A brain wave detecting means 1 is attached to a fatigued person, and from its brain wave signal, an alpha wave component and a theta wave component are extracted by a frequency component extracting means 2. From the extracted alphaand theta wave components, a theta wave component rate is calculated by a theta wave component ratio-calculating means 3. The calculated theta wave component ratio is decided by a fatigue recovery rate-deciding means, and in the case the thetawave component ratio is within an intermediate level range, the environmental condition such as a temperature, a smell, etc., is controlled in order to quicken the recovery from fatigue by a fatigue recovering means 4. |
