PURPOSE:To provide a laser beam machining device which can easily avoid a ripple phenomenon and can flexibly cope with various kinds of machining. CONSTITUTION:In order to uniformize the beam mode of the laser beam emitted from a laser beam oscillator, in the laser beam machining at least one or more of an uniformizing optical device is inserted into a non-movable part during transmitting the beam and further a lens or a mirror for reducing or enlarging the laser beam for machining after passing through the above-mentioned optical device is provided on a movable head. Therefore, in the uniformizing optical device, the laser beam can be made to the uniformized beam for surface treatment and can avoid ripple phenomenon. Then, by reducing or enlarging the beam after passing through the optical device with the lens in the head, this is made to the optical beam matching to the machining and can flexibly cope with the various kinds of machining, since this device is constituted only with the lenses. |
