PURPOSE:To express manifold shape and to perform a solid shape operation with a small number of parameters and small amount of data by expressing solid shape by using three-dimensional expression by function. CONSTITUTION:A display part 1 displays generated function shape. A display part 2 displays plural kinds of function shape on a coordinate system comprised of a function parameter. When it is desired to deform the function shape on the display part 1, a user indicates the coordinates of the function shape desired to deform on the display part 2 by using a light pen 3. A coordinate point is detected by a coordinate detector 4, and is converted to the parameter value of a function by a parameter conversion means 51, and the function shape is generated by a function generating means 52, and it is displayed on the display part 1. Also, the parameter value is held with a parameter storage part 53. |
