<p>PURPOSE:To offer a two-dimensional displacement detector having a long lifetime which is excellent in the environmental resistance and the detecting reliability. CONSTITUTION:The two-dimensional displacement detector is provided with a stator 16 and a slider 17. The stator 16 consists of four gears 12-15, and the windings 1 are wound round all gears 12-15 so that the magnetic poles of the gears adjacent to each other have the phases opposite to each other in an energizing state. Furthermore two pairs of gears 12, 14 and 13, 15 are defined with combination of gears which are not adjacent to each other among those gears 12-15. The windings 2 and 3 are wound round the gears 12-15 so that the magnetic poles of the gears opposite to each other has the phases opposite to each other in an energizing state. Meanwhile the slider 17 can move in an area enclosed by the gears 12-15 in two degrees of freedom and is identical with a magnetic body having the same shape at the parts opposite to the gears 12-15 respectively.</p> |
