<p>A unit type mold for injection molding including cassette type inside molds (2a,2b) which can be mounted and removed from an outer frame (1) mounted on an injection molding machine on which a pair of mold bodies comprising a core and a cavity are mounted, in which locating and fixing of an inside mold (2a,2b) with respect to an outer frame are carried out in a one-touch manner by a flange (3a,3b) provided on a cassette type inside mold (2a,2b) fitted into an inside mold fitting portion (4a,4b) and means for pressing the flange (3a,3b) of the inside mold while a base end (52) is pulled and a pressing end (53) is rotated by a clamp bolt (54) projected so as to be adjusted to a thickness of the flange (3a,3b) and rotated from the outside of the outer frame, and the inside mold can be fixed by drawing a clamper using the clamp bolt (54) from outside the outer frame in the state where both the inside mold and the outer frame in the state where both the inside mold and the outer frame are being fitted. With this arrangement, the inside molds (2a,2b) can be slidably moved along a predetermined position and received into the fitting portion (4a,4b) without consideration of locating from falling of the inside molds (2a,2b). <IMAGE></p> |
