PURPOSE:To obtain the desired Q value of a resonator, and to realize high selectivity. CONSTITUTION:The shape of the central conductor of each resonance circuit 5 of a tri-plate type band pass filter using multi-layer dielectric boards 3, 4 is formed of material to be heat-decomposed at temperature below sintering temperature on an unburnt dielectric sheet, and the cavity of the same form as the central conductor is formed in the inside of the dielectric by burning said constituted multi-layer dielectric sheet, and the central conductor of above- mentioned each resonance circuit is formed by forming in molten silver under pressure into said cavity. |
