PURPOSE:To provide a light emitting lamp capable of discharging the heat emitted from a light emitting diode efficiently outside. CONSTITUTION:A large number of fins 46 are formed on the rear side of a lamp case 40c of a light emitting diode lamp 2c provided with a plurality of light emitting diode 10. The lamp case 40c is formed with excellent heat conducting resin wherein the fins 46 are formed vertically in the rear side of the lamp case 40c. In the center of the bottom of the lamp case 40c, there is formed a lead out step section 42a which leads out an outside connection lead, using two coaxial cylindrical sections 42a1 and 42a2 different in diameter.
