PURPOSE:To obtain the CPU core ASIC which can execute easily and unitedly a logical function test, and can eliminate a test exclusive circuit peculiar to the kind of a developed article from the inside and the outside of an integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION:In accordance with a test program of a specific use circuit 1 and a test program of a built-in ROM 8 in which an expected value is stored, a data exchange is executed to the specific use circuit 1 through a specific use circuit exclusive input/output port 7, its output result is compared with the expected value written in the ROM 8 in advance, a result of comparison is outputted to an external input/output port 3, and a CPU 4 executes a test of the specific use circuit 1. |
