<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the device structually and to improve reliability by forming a gate and a shutter into one body. CONSTITUTION:The device provides an inserting means to possess an inserting port 1a to make a first recording medium 2 on which information is recorded led, a reading means 9 to read the information of the first recording medium inserted from the above mentioned inserting means, a recovering part 16 to recover the first recording medium of which the information is read by the reading means, issuing means 12 and 13 to issue the second recording medium based on the read information and a turnable guide member 15 to inhibit the guiding of the first recording medium inserted from the above mentioned inserting port to the above mentioned reading means, the guiding of the first recording medium after information reading to the above mentioned recovering part and the leading to the first recording medium to the above mentioned inserting port.</p> |
