<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the vehicles more than the parking possible number from entering into a parking lot and to prevent the permission of entering from being biased to a fixed entrance even when the vehicles come approximately simultaneously to the plural entrances and the plural vehicles wait at the plural entrances when a full condition is released. CONSTITUTION:A ticket issuing propriety discriminating means to require ticket issue when it is a full condition, to ticket-issue a parking ticket when it receives ticket issue permission and to hold the ticket issue when it can not receive the permission, a full condition communicating means to communicate as that it is the full condition when it detects the approximate full condition to be full with the several more vehicles, a ticket issue permission communicating means to transmit a ticket issue permission signal in order that ticket issue requirement is outputted and a ticket issue permission control means to execute full/vacant condition control with considering that the one vehicle enters when the ticket issue permission signal is transmitted to parking ticket issuing machines 1A and 2A are provided in a controller 5 connected between the parking ticket issuing machines 1A and 2A provided at an entrance and automatic charge adjustment machines 3A and 4A provided at an exit.</p> |
