PURPOSE:To prevent an error of suction of an electronic component from being generated by a method wherein when the electronic component is sucked, most of gas existing in a space part, which is formed between a guide part and a frequently appearing hole in a housing part, is exhausted through an exhaust vent with a descent of a suction nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle holder 3 has an exhaust vent 8, through which gas in a space to be formed between a guide part 4 and a frequently appearing hole 9 in a housing part 7 when a projecting part 5 is made to project from the hole 9 is exhausted in the direction different from the frequently appearing direction of a suction nozzle 1, in the vicinity of the hole 9. Thereby, when the nozzle 1 is made to descend, the gas existing in the part 7 of the holder 3 is exhausted in the direction different from the projecting direction of the nozzle 1 and it becomes possible to suck normally an electronic component 12 without blowing away the component 12. |
