PURPOSE:To suppress interference with an adjacent channel by an employed frequency to the utmost because a mobile station does not use a high transmission output level. CONSTITUTION:At the time of receiving a channel allocation request from the mobile station 1 by a receiving apart 26, a base station 2 detects the number of bits delaying the reception of an access burst from receiving timing generated from a synchronism control part 24 and sends information indicating the propagation delay to a base station control part 21 through a control channel control part 22. The control part 21 reads out a transmission output value corresponding to the propagation delay from a TA/TXPWR conversion part 29 and transmits the read value from a transmitting part 25 to the mobile station 1 together with channel information. The mobile station 1 detects the controlling burst by a receiving part 13 and sends the received information to a mobile station control part 11. The control part 11 stores the TA+TXPWR and sends calling data to a transmitting part 12. The transmitting part 12 transmits a speaking burst including the calling data to the base station 2 by the transmission output designated by the TWPWR applied from the control part 11. |
