PURPOSE:To provide the exterior resin product for an automobile such as a side spoiler, etc., and its manufacture, while unpleasant feeling is removed by reducing the high sound generated by the impact due to the hitting by a stone, etc., and moreover the occurrence of the crack on the surface may be prevented. CONSTITUTION:A side spoiler 1 is composed of the skin layer 2 made of rigid polypropylene (PP) and the core layer 3 made of flexible styrene-ethylene- butadiene-styrene copolymer resin (SEBS) buried in the skin layer 2 in sandwich- shape. After PP has been injected into the cavity of the mold having the shape of a molded object, SEBS is injected into PP, whereby the core layer 3 is molded in PP, and the skin layer 2 and the core layer 3 are molded in sandwich- shape, thereby producing the side spoiler 1. |
