DEODORANT ARTIFICIAL LEATHER

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain an artificial leather having durable deodorizing function by filling an elastomer to a nonwoven fabric composed of a conjugate fiber forming ultra-fine fibers and a fiber having deodorizing function and forming small gaps between the elastomer and the constituent fibers. CONSTITUTION:The objective artificial leather having durable deodorizing function and excellent softness and containing small gaps can be produced by impregnating e.g. a PVA solution in a nonwoven fabric composed of 50-95wt.% of a conjugate fiber capable of forming ultra-fine fibers having fineness of <=0.5d and a fiber having deodorizing function and 50-5wt.% of a cellulose fiber supporting a metal complex having oxidation-reduction capability, drying the impregnated nonwoven fabric, applying an elastomer (e.g. polyurethane resin) and coagulating in wet state. The metal complex is preferably metal porphyrin or its derivative.
