<p>PURPOSE: To provide a data coupler that improves shielding effect and sealing property against EMI/RFI with a simple configuration, and at the same time can be firmly mounted or removed easily. CONSTITUTION: A circuit board 12 with a cable connection part at a position away from a magnet between first and second members 36 and 38 with first and second magnets for forming a nearly closed magnetic path at the time of engagement is provided, the first and the second members 36 and 38 are shielded by a circuit board 152, and at the same time the detection output of a signal line connected to the closed magnetic path is guided to a cable connection part via a detection circuit. Also, when the first member 36 is mounted to the opening of a mounting plate such as a panel 42 with at least one fixing member, a movable engagement member that is engaged to the opening of the mounting plate by an activation means including a lock means is provided, and the engagement member is moved to an engagement position or a non-engagement position and is locked to the engagement position.</p> |
