PURPOSE:To make it possible to adjust a vehicle floor height in a wide range by providing an adjusting means for changing the length of a coil spring to adjust an initial load thereof while providing a vehicle floor height adjusting means for changing the length of the end part of a damper on one end part side of the damper. CONSTITUTION:An initial load adjusting means 12 for changing the length of a coil spring 2 to adjust an initial set load namely an initial load is provided between the coil spring 2 and a damper 11, in a cushion unit consisting of the coil spring 2 made of metal and the damper 11, for instance, of oil type. Moreover, a vehicle floor height adjusting means 20 for changing the length of the end part 13 of the damper is provided on the bottom end part side 11a of the damper 11. The initial load adjusting means 12 is constituted of a first ring 14 fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the damper 11 and a second ring 15 formed slidably along the longitudinal direction of the damper 11 fitted along the outer periphery thereof, and the initial load is changed by pouring working oil into a compression chamber 16. |
