The mfg. process for foundation piles includes a number of a adjacent troughs (1) which at front and rear are joined by beams (2). Beams have a aperture to accommodate longitudinal positioned reinforcing wires (3). The length between beams (2.2) may be 130 meter. Ends of each pile formed by head baffles (4) spaced by distance pieces.
