<p>PURPOSE:To almost eliminate a human-initiated mistake so as to improve data accuracy and calculation result accuracy by automatically obtaining a cost original unit output in an arithmetic processing means based on a data automatically input from a control unit of a machine tool except a data relating to a damaged tool. CONSTITUTION:From a tool unit price master 12 of recording a cost calculation basic coefficient in each tool kind, machine tool classified use tool master 11 of recording a use tool kind and a number of use tools in each machine tool 1, data of production record and tool use record in each tool kind output by a control unit of each machine tool 1 and data of tool kind and number of damaged tools handed from an input device by an operator, first a tool total amount of money and total number of production are obtained by using the tool unit price master 12 and the machine tool classified use tool master 11. Next by dividing the tool total amount of money by the total number of production, a cost original unit price is obtained and output to an arithmetic processing means 9.</p> |
