PURPOSE:To protect the dielectric strength of electromagnetic coil in a brake system from being deteriorated by removing rain water from cooling air to be fed to an eddy current brake for rolling stock. CONSTITUTION:A step 17 is provided in the way of guide boards 15, 16 for guiding the air at a cooling air take-in port so that rain water is shaken off with inertia when the cooling air passes through a curved part. |
