<p>PURPOSE:To accurately put a main body block in the proper direction by forming a guide section in the recessed section of a base block having nearly the same longitudinal, transversal, and vertical dimensions as those of one piece unit which makes up an access floor block with a plurality of pieces. CONSTITUTION:A recessed section 81 is formed in a base block BB 8 having nearly the same shape and dimension as one unit which makes up an access floor block (not shown in the Figure) with a plurality of pieces and a main body block MB 9 is put in the section 81. The MB 9 incorporates a cable connector for access floors and is housed in the central recessed section 81 of the BB 8 except the exposed section 91 which is exposed on the surface of the floor only when the exposure is required. A stepped section 83 is provided so as to bring the upper surface 93 of the plate section 92 of the MB 9 at the same level of the upper surface 82 of the BB 8. The width of the section 82 is made slightly wider than that of the section 92 so as to guide the MB 9 when the MB 9 is put in the recessed section 8. Projections (not shown in the Figure) formed on the rear surface of the MB 9 are engaged with the positioning holes 85 and guide grooves 84 of the BB 8. Therefore, the MB 9 can be easily and accurately set against the BB 8 in the proper direction.</p> |
