PURPOSE:To prevent the dissolution of a porous film and provide high charge- and-discharge capacity by using a dry polyaniline porous film in which a proton acid is not doped and which has a predetermined bulk density in a dedoped condition. CONSTITUTION:In a secondary battery built up in such constitution which comprises a positive electrode composed of a polyaniline porous film, an electrolyte, and a negative electrode, the polyaniline porous film which has been dried without proton acid doping and has a bulk density ranging from 0.1 to 0.9g/cm<2> under a dedoped condition. Consequently, since the solubility of the polyaniline porous film in an organic solvent lowers, the reliability of the secondary battery using it can be improved. Furthermore, since the permeability of the electrolyte can be enhanced without the deterioration in the strength of the film, a secondary battery having high productivity and large service capacity. |
