PURPOSE:To realize high speed switching and to provide a switching circuit suitable for integration and a booster circuit which produces a high output voltage. CONSTITUTION:A power supply circuit B connected to the common emitter side of transistors Q1, Q2 constituting a differential amplifier circuit produces emitter current IE for the transistors Q1, Q2. The transistors Q1, Q2 are connected, respectively, with a bias circuit D and an oscillation circuit E. The oscillation circuit E produces a rectangular pulse for switching the transistors Q1, Q2 alternately. Upon switching the transistor Q1, current flowing through the coil L of a booster circuit varies to induce a high voltage. Since an anti- saturation circuit C for transistor increases the emitter current of the transistor Q1 slowly during ON interval thereof, the transistor Q1 functions at high rate without being saturated. |
