PURPOSE: To obtain a liquid agent for treating fiber and skin. CONSTITUTION: This composition comprises a surfactant, a treating agent insoluble in water, water and a long-chain alcohol or its derivative which stabilizes the liquid composition and enables storage at such high temperature as to rise during storage in warm climate. The composition directly makes a fiber-/skin- treating agent to act on fiber and skin. The useful composition includes a shampoo, a perfume-containing shampoo, a hair conditioning composition, a hair setting composition, a dandruff-preventing preparation, a fabric softener, an antistatic agent, a detergent, a skin cleanser, a skin lotion or sunscreen. |
