PURPOSE:To obtain a convergence solution at a small frequency of simulation and increase the process speed. CONSTITUTION:A load time-series model generating means 31 generates a time- series load model consisting of a load current and a load conductance which are viewed from the input side of a circuit block. Then a simulation means 32 simulates the circuit block in a next simulation cycle while regarding the time-series load model as a load. |
