PURPOSE:To obtain a developing device which easily secures a gap between a ring-shaped magnet used for the magnetic seal of a developer and the magnetic shaft portion of a screw at the bearing section of the screw of a developing container, improves the magnetic seal, and improves the work efficiency for cleaning and maintenance. CONSTITUTION:A ring-shaped magnet 113 is integrally assembled by press-in with a holder 1 pressed-in with a bearing 110 receiving the portion of the magnetic shaft 102b of the screw 102 of a developing container 104, and the bearing 110 and the magnet 113 are removably integrated with the container 104. The bearing 110 and the magnet 113 are integrally assembled via the holder 1 while no spacer is used, the number of constituting parts of a magnetic seal system is reduced, and a gap between the magnet 113 and the magnetic shaft 102b can be easily secured. The magnetic seal can be improved, and the work efficiency for cleaning and maintenance is sharply improved. |
