<p>The cow brushing mechanism has an electronic eye on an alternative signal device, to set in motion horizontal and vertical brushing units. The brushing mechanism includes a vertical brush unit (1.a.1.b) and a horizontal brush unit (2.a.2.b). Both units move in reciprocating mode. The plastics brush units, (1a.1b.2a.2b) are hinge mounted to connecting rods (3) in turn connected to suspension points (4) formed at the ends of columns (5). The U-shaped profile (8) for vertical brushes is via beams (15) connected to a wall. The U-shaped profile (9) for horizontal brushes is hinge connected to the vertical brush unit. The unit includes a worm drive (13) and motor (14).</p> |
