PURPOSE:To hydraulically execute diff-lock operation, to compactly accommodate a hydraulic clutch in a diff-case, and to simply supply a pressure oil to the hydraulic clutch by forming a cliff-lock mechanism for changing over a cliff-side gear on one side and the diff-case between them from a relatively rotating state to an unitedly rotating state of the hydraulic clutch. CONSTITUTION:An annular recess U opened toward a divided face is formed in a left divided cliff-case 6L, and a hydraulic clutch 12 is arranged in the recess U, and the driving member 28 of the hydraulic clutch 12 is provided in the left divided diff-case 6L and its driven member 29 is provided on the left diff-side gear 8L. Oil pathes 13A, 13B for supplying a pressure oil to the hydraulic clutch 12 are separately provided in the left divided cliff-case 6L and a bearing body 4L to support the diff-case 6L, and the hydraulic clutch 12 functions to change over the diff-case 6 and the left diff-side gear 8L into an unitedly rotating state.
