PURPOSE: To perform braking without impulse at a variable pressure change speed by providing a branch conduit with which at least one wheel brake cylinder is connected with a valve device for forming pressure and/or for reducing pressure. CONSTITUTION: A master brake cylinder 3 is connected with a first brake conduit 10 of a brake circuit I and a second brake conduit 11 of a brake circuit II. The brake conduit 10 is branched into two branch conduits 12, 13 and each conduit 12, 13 is led to each of wheel brake cylinders 14, 15. At this stage, a cutoff valve 20 to be a two-port and two-position valve is interposed in the brake conduit 10, and first and second pressure sensors 23, 24 for detecting brake pressure are interposed in sections 21, 22 on upstream and downstream sides divided by this cutoff valve 20. Each one valve device 27, 28 is provided so as to adjust brake pressure of each wheel brake cylinder 14, 15. This valve device 27 is controlled by an electronic control device 73 based on outputs of each pressure sensor 23, 24. |
