PURPOSE: To prepare a shampoo designed so as to fit a user's feeling, especially a chance of use or hair conditions of each user's individual. CONSTITUTION: This shampoo system comprises (A) a first pack containing a base shampoo composition comprising a surfactant selected from anionic, nonionic and amphoteric surfactants and a mixture thereof and a cationic conditioning polymer and (B) a second pack containing a shampoo additive composition comprising particles of a benefit agent, having <2μm average particle size and capable of imparting efficacies to hair and is designed to mix the first pack with the second pack before use. The particles of the benefit agent are selected from a sunscreen, a silicone resin, a perfume, a hair growth agent, a hair humectant, an antidandruff agent, etc.
