摘要 PURPOSE:To detect the variation in the position of a tension arm as early as possible while reducing the influence due to noise by comparing the calculated position varying amount with the value before 1ms-3msXN (N is 2 or larger number) from the present value. CONSTITUTION:Positon information of feeding side tension arm TA1 and a winding side tension arm TA2 are stored in position information memory means ME1, ME2. They are compared by feeding side compensating information calculating means CM1 and winding side compensating information calculating means CM2 with the values befroe 1ms-3msXN (N is 2 or larger number and preferably 3-4) from the present value to calculate the varying amount to obtain the compensating value, thereby driving a feeding reel motor MO1 and a winding reel motor MO2 through drive circuits DR1, DR2. Thus, even if the position varying amount at every one sampling period is small, the calculated varying amount becomes a large value, and the ratio of the noise level occupying the caluculated varying amount decreases, and the influence of the noise can be accordingly alleviated.
