PURPOSE:To bond the end point of a wire with high reliability at a terminal for wiring when modifying a printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION:A lead 21 for bonding a lead to be bonded to an end point, and a lead 22 for bonding a wire to be bonded with a wire are aligned in a straight line. The lead 22 has eaves 27, 28 at both sides directed toward the center, and has a window 34 for installing a heater chip at the center. The wire is bonded at the position of the window 34. |
