<p>PURPOSE:To make it easy to make sure the amount of remaining papers irrespective of where a recording device is installed. CONSTITUTION:An indicator 22 which vertically moves together with the bottom plate 13 of a feed paper cassette 11 is provided on the bottom plate 13 and also a display 20 for the amount of remaining papers is provided which utilizes indication by the indicator 22. Papers 12 stacked on the bottom plate 13 are successively sent out by rotation of a feed paper roller 16 and the bottom plate 13 is put in a turning movement and pushed up by a spring 15 according to the amount of papers sent out. Then the indicator 22 is raised together with the bottom plate 13 and indicates a graduation 20a on the display 22 for the amount of remaining papers, thereby indicating the present amount of remaining papers.</p> |
