PURPOSE: To simplify a mill structure by disposing a rotor inside a stator equipped with a cooling or heating jacket to form a mill between the stator and the rotor and charging grinding bodies in the mill. CONSTITUTION: A stator 2 is composed by connecting two hollow truncated cone-shaped halves 3, 4 with each other, equipped with a cooling or heating jacket with enclosing vessel 7, 8, disposed with an inner rotor 25 to form a mill 24 between the stator 2 and the rotor 25, and grinding bodies are charged in the mill 24 in advance through an inlet pipe 45 having a plug 46. Liquid predispersed with solids to be triturated and broken up is introduced into the mill 24 through an inlet pipe 23 to triturate the solids with the grinding bodies by the rotation of the rotor 25. The ground product passes through a separator 17 preventing the grinding bodies from passing, and is discharged from an outlet pipe 18. Thus, the configuration is made simple, access to the inside of the mill 24 is made easy and maintenance and washing are facilitated. |
