PURPOSE:To improve efficiency of a liquid purifying treatment by efficiently reacting an oxygen atom or OH radical formed of ozone with a reactant contained in an object to be treated. CONSTITUTION:A fluid treating apparatus which comprises spurting an object to be treated from a spurt orifice 107, causing ozone or ozone-containing gas fed into a ozone feed chamber to be sucked by and mixed into said object to be treated and discharging them by way of a discharge pipe 106, wherein a light or radiation having a wavelength shorter than that of a visible light is irradiated to said mixture of object to be treated and ozone or ozone- containing gas, emitted from a radiation source 108 surrounding said discharge pipe 106. |
