摘要 PURPOSE: To speedily adjust a mirror to direct a prescribed azimuth by providing plural mirrors successively reflecting a laser beam toward a head emitting the laser beam so as to rotate a mirror holder around first and second axial lines. CONSTITUTION: The laser beam emitted from a laser source is successively reflected to the emitting head by means of the plural mirrors arranged along a prescribed route within a robot. A mirror S4 is supported by a holder 20 including a half-spherical head 21 and a shank 22, and the holder 20 can rotate in space around the center C of rotation on the reflecting face of the mirror S4. Then mirror adjusting units 53 and 57 rotate the mirror holder 20 around a first axial line passing through the center C of this rotation and a second axial line vertically crossing with the first axial line at the center C of rotation. Consequently all the movement of the mirror consist of simple rotation around the center C of the rotation so that the mirror can precisely be arranged to all desired azimth by speedy and easy operation.
