Triport amplitude- and phase-switched microwave unit for measuring reflectancecomprising a quadrature coupler, to the input port of which a microwave generator is connected, and to the first port coupled with the input gates, a two-state amplitude switch along with an attenuator and the switching diode is connected, and to the second port, coupled with the input port, a three-state phase switch along with switching diodes is connected, and to the port isolated with respect to the input port, a power meter is connected, characterized in that it contains the complementary two-state amplitude switch (MA) and the three-state phase switch (PM), whose inputs (WE) have identical lengths of sections (10) of lines, identical brackets for affixing first switching diodes (D1A, D1P) connected parallelly to the microwave line, identical first diodes (D1A, D1P) and identical units for fine tuning and transforming impedance (ZTA, ZTP), furthermore, it has the second switching diode (D2P) activated parallelly in the line of the three-state phase switch (PM) at a specified distance (11) from the first switching diode (D1P).<IMAGE>
