A method of making a reflector of surface acoustic waves situated on the surface of the piezodielectric in the form of electrically open periodic interdigital transducer characterized in that its electrodes of a fixed length are placed every fourth part of the length of surface acoustic wave and are connected alternately in pairs to the bus bars, and the number of electrodes is selected in a special manner so that the susceptance of the converter is equal to zero for one or several frequencies.
