A system is described for multiplexing by remote control of frequency- or phase-modulated signals for transmitting information via physical lines. This system enables the simultaneous transmission of several frequency- or phase-modulated signals via physical lines, with the special feature of enabling each user to select on the distribution centre, from a terminal, the signal that will be transmitted to him.
