A gymnastics springboard with adjustable elasticity comprises a flexible board larger than the officially approved boards, but incorporating a zone of different colour with statutory dimensions, said board comprising a curved section (1) at the rear and a flat section (2) at the front, with its rear edge hinged by a hinge (4) to a frame (3) and its font edge linked to the said frame by means of springs (5, 5'), and also a carriage (A) sliding longitudinally under the flat portion of the said board supporting the springs (13, 13') on which the board presses when jumped on, and allowing the elasticity of the said board to be adjusted by modifying the spring position. It is intended for use in sports halls or on sports grounds, and can be used both for training and for competition purposes.
