FORMING METHOD FOR THREE-DIMENSIONAL BODY AND ITS DEVICE

PURPOSE:To manufacture a three-dimensional body with smooth surface by stretching photo-setting resin on the surface or the bottom of substrate liquid not reacting with the photo-setting resin and having the specific gravity different from that of said photo-setting resin into the given thickness, emitting beam which is position controlled only on the thin layer of said photo-setting resin, forming the divided diagram of desired shape and repeating the operation of lowering said divided diagram down into the substrate liquid or lifting up therefrom in the method of forming the desired three-dimensional body. CONSTITUTION:Laser beam from an Ar laser light source 6 is reflected by mirrors 7 and 10 disposed on the center axial line 21 of a container 1, and further said reflected beam is reflect to a photo-setting resin layer 4 by a rotating mirror 17 to be able to control the horizontal position and oblique angle. In the case the laser beam is emitted to a section forming the external shape section of a divided diagram, the reflecting direction of the laser beam in the rotating mirror 17 is set as the tangent direction of the section to be emitted of the sectional diagram including the axial line cut into ring shape of a three- dimensional body.
