PURPOSE: To obtain a dyed product with high dye fixation rate and color fastness by fixing a dye having polymerizable specific group to a product dyed with the above dye together with a specific colorless compound using ionizing radiation. CONSTITUTION: This dyed product with a high dye fixation rate and color fastness (washing and light fastness) is obtained by padding a fiber material (e.g. natural fibers, synthetic fibers, glass fibers) with an aqueous solution containing a dye containing polymerizable double bond or polymerizable ring system such as acryloyl group,α-bromoacryloyl group,α-chloroacryloyl group or vinylsulfonyl group and a colorless compound containing at least one polymerizable double bond (e.g. an acrylate, diacrylate, acrylic acid) followed by squeezing and then irradiating the resultant Moist fiber material with ionizing radiation pref. in a protective gas atmosphere (e.g. nitrogen gas).
