<p>PURPOSE:To offer the noncontact storage medium which is applicable to a high-speed data communication and does not require a backup power source. CONSTITUTION:Data received by a transmitting and receiving circuit 6 during the data communication are stored temporarily in an SRAM 14 and a battery 9 is charged electrically with electric power supplied during the data communication, and the data held in the SRAM 4 are transferred to an EEPROM 5 by using a voltage distributed from the battery 9 after the data communication.</p> |
