A wrapping of protective glazed paper used to light the log (1-Fig. 1) surrounds a log (Fig. 1 as a whole) made up of: - a "salami" manufactured with a machine/extruder for pork butchery of the pudding/sausage/salami type (4-Fig. 1) sealed with a preferably cellulose-based enclosure (2-Fig. 1), the latter containing a methanolate of colouring salts or borons, gelled preferably with hydroxypropylated methyl cellulose and compacted with wood sawdust, preferably anhydrous and with hollow fibres. - a support (5-Fig. 1) preferably made of shaped cardboard, of ceramic, forming a "tub". - optionally, an internal addition (8-Fig. 1) inserted via 7-Fig. 1 before sealing/closure with a clip (3-Fig. 1), made up of the same components to be burnt, to which a chlorate or perchlorate is added so that it burns at the end of the burning of the log. This forming an addition to Patent Application 90-10573 of 21.8.90 by the same authors, by reason of any one of the claims of the said Application. <IMAGE>
