SUPPORT APPARATUS FOR DESIGNING OF MOUNTING PROCESS

PURPOSE:To provide a process-designing support apparatus which performs a reasonable designing operation in a short time even by using a personal computer by means of an editable knowledge and a solidly incorporated optimizing inference and which is provided with a maintenance function on the side of a user regarding a diverse and violently changed knowledge. CONSTITUTION:The title apparatus is featured by providing the following: a means to edit and input various related data; a means to edit and input a knowledge which is applied to an optimum designing operation; a means to automatically generate a code related to a production system on the basis of the input knowledge; a means to perform the automatic optimum designing operation of a mounting process by using the knowledge; and a means to confirm and revise the result of the automatic optimum designing operation.
