PURPOSE:To provide a heat-transfer image-receiving sheet generating no curl and capable of forming an image having high visibility. CONSTITUTION:In a heat-transfer image-receiving sheet, in which a coating fluid containing a dye dyeing resin is applied on the surface of a base material sheet and dried and a dye receiving layer is formed, the thickness of said dye receiving layer is brought to 0.1-5% of the thickness of the whole image- receiving paper.
